Buffalo at Sunset Note Card
North American explorers found Bison east of the Appalachians and west of the Rockies.
By expert estimates, some sixty million Bison once roamed North America. One of the largest herds is found in "Wood Buffalo Park" on the border of Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
